Each hall has a Residence Master who lives in the hall and has strong professional connections to the University community. The main role of the Residence Master is to provide intellectual and pastoral guidance, initiate and plan hostel activities, and cultivate a sense of community in student residence. The Residence Master is assisted by a group of Residence Tutors.

Residence Tutors
Residence Tutors are postgraduate / final year / research students or staff members of the University. They are responsible for assisting the Residence Master of the assigned hall in the provision of pastoral care and intellectual guidance to residents, organizing hall activities, and maintaining peace, order and good administration of the hall.

Residents' Association
Residents' Association is the independent student body and the driving force behind most of the social programs for the halls. They offer a forum for you to voice concerns and propose new ideas. Floor committees and floor representatives are of a more informal nature. They aim to create and cultivate a supportive network among residents living on the same floor.
Residents' Association Council
Residents' Association Council shall be the legislative and supervisory body of the Residents' Association.
