General Principles:
Current residents
who would like to apply for accommodation for the forthcoming
academic year 2012-13, should firstly fill in the application
form, and submit it to the residence tutors
for consideration.
The scoring system
for the enrollment of the academic year 2012-13 will be divided
into two parts:
1)
Hall Specific Score : 80% of the Hall Specific Score will
be counted towards calculating the final score. Contributions to
Hall Life and Hall activities are taken into consideration.
2)
Score B: 20% of Score B (from SRO and University’s
standard scoring system) will be counted towards calculating the
final score.

Notes:
1.
Any resident
who had been enrolled as a player and completed the training,
but did not compete in the competitions, will still be counted
as a player.
2.
If your
contributino was counted into Hall Specific Scores, then it will
be excluded from Score-B. (Double-count will be avoided)
3.
For activities
organized by Residence Association, the Executive Committee of
RA will not be counted as organizers or helpers. Also, floor
representatives’ contribution and participation in floor
activities will not be counted.
Christmas Party @ 22,Dec
Our Christmas Party will be held on 22,Dec from 5:00pm to 10:00pm in Multifunctional Hall B (Adjacent to the Hall Canteen). The dress code is either RED or GREEN.
Anyone who wish to join us is welcomed to walk in. The party fee would be$40 each.
